Privacy Policy

Awwfice ("we", "us", "our") builds an AI office for creators. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit awwfice.com or request early access, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote this in plain language on purpose. When you request early access, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, and optionally your Instagram handle, your niche, and your goal. We do not ask for a password or payment details at this stage.

When you browse the site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics) automatically collects standard usage data: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and the buttons you click. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

• To understand which parts of the site people find useful, so we can improve it.
• To reply if you contact us directly.
• To meet legal obligations, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, to anyone, for any reason.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and may use similar technologies to measure engagement. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's private browsing mode.

If you submit the early-access form, we also use Google Forms to receive and store that submission. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles data on its platforms.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Awwfice: Google (Forms, for the early-access intake, and Analytics, for usage data). We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

We keep early-access submissions until Awwfice launches and you either join or ask us to delete your record, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, which we have set to the shortest practical window.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email jose@awwfice.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

Awwfice is built for creators who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
